We are glad to partner with those locally and internationally as the Lord has called us to.
At Crossroads Baptist Church, we take serious the command of our Lord in Acts 1:8 “You shall be a witness to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” It is our firm conviction our Lord intends for us to spread the Gospel of Christ starting in our local communities, then branching out to our state, nation, and world with the good news that Jesus saves. The purpose of the Missions Team is to create and promote opportunities that enable our church family to reach the world with this life changing Gospel. Members who would like to serve on are expected to make an annual commitment .
CHURCH PLANTING IN MONTANA
Crossroads Church, as a broader Christian ministry, is passionately committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through church planting, a process rooted in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) to make disciples of all nations. Their mission reflects a Christ-like vision of spreading the gospel by establishing new churches that embody Jesus’ love and truth. Crossroads believes that planting churches is a vital way to share the transformative power of Christ, equipping local congregations to minister to their communities with authenticity and grace. This mission is driven by a desire to see lives changed through a personal relationship with Jesus and to see communities flourish under His guidance.
MISSIONARIES IN JAPAN
Support for Missionaries: Crossroads Church, committed to church planting and global outreach, partners with Brandon and Abby, likely through prayer, financial support, or resources, to advance their mission in Japan.
Shared Vision: The church celebrates the couple’s efforts as a fulfillment of their mission to spread Christ’s love and establish gospel-centered communities, especially in a nation where less than 1% are Christians.
Mission in Japan
Purpose: Brandon and Abby Garlock aim to share the love and salvation of Jesus Christ, addressing the spiritual need in Japan, inspired by the unfulfilled desire of Brandon’s grandmother to share her faith with her family.
Impact: Their work focuses on evangelism and discipleship, seeking to bring hope to a largely unreached population, aligning with Crossroads’ goal of global gospel expansion
